The PDF files are available for downloading. To download the file. Either right click and "Save File As" or
Click once on the blue .pdf wording and the file will open in another window.
In that window there is a small rectangle in the top right corner. Click that icon
You will see a dialogue box to download an unlinked file to your computer.
Should that not work, use a different browser, like FireFox. All browsers have their own method for saving files.
